Over 30 years ago, real estate professional James Bernstein decided there was a better way for property owners and tenants to be represented in the rental market. Bernstein introduced Delta Realty as an option for people who wanted the investment benefits of rental property without the hassles it normally brings. Since then, Delta Realty has grown to one of the top property management entities in the area, with over 500 rental units under our umbrella. When Bernstein made the decision to retire from property management, he knew that Milton Spratlin and Gregory Scoggins were the right men to take the helm.
Together, with our staff of experienced professionals, we are continuing the tradition of courtesy, respect, hard work, and success at Delta Realty. This year in 2007, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office on Gaines School Road and the addition of real estate sales into our repertoire of service.
